We provide services related to parking, vehicle maintenance, and cleaning, as well as additional services. All orders are subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders and Contract Conclusion

The contract between the customer and BusPoint is concluded upon confirmation of the order on our website. The customer will receive an email confirmation. Orders can be placed through our reservation system, where the customer selects the specific service, date, and time.

3. Prices and Payments

The prices for each service are listed on the website and are valid at the time of order placement. Payment for services can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. Payment must be made no later than 7 days after the order confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Reservation Changes

The customer may cancel or change their reservation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service without any cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this deadline are subject to a 100% charge of the service price.

5. Rights and Obligations of Customers

The customer is obligated to provide truthful and up-to-date information when placing an order. The customer must also follow the parking lot rules and instructions from BusPoint staff.

6. Liability and Warranties

BusPoint is responsible for the quality of the provided services. We are liable for any damages to vehicles on the premises only if the damage was caused by the negligence of BusPoint employees. The customer must report any damages immediately upon discovery.

7. Complaints

If the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they have the right to file a complaint within 14 days of the service. Complaints must be submitted in writing to paris@buspointservices.com.

8. Data Protection

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details about personal data processing are outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Use of Cookies

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
